Brokers: name, email, phone, firm name, website
Lenders: name, email, phone, firm name
Borrowers: name, email, phone, nationality, residency status, property details, financial information, credit history declarations
Usage data: login timestamps, deal activity, document uploads

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

To provide the LenderIQ platform and its features
To match deals with appropriate lenders
To send transactional notifications about your deals and account
To improve the platform and fix issues
To comply with legal obligations

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Contract: processing necessary to provide the service you have signed up for
Legitimate interests: platform improvement, fraud prevention, security

Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
Resend (transactional email delivery)

Active account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 2 years
Deal data: retained for 7 years for compliance
Borrower data: retained for 6 years after last activity
Deleted account data: removed within 30 days
